The new academic year was launched in one of the oldest Diaspora educational centers, the Armenian "Samuel Mouradian" College of Paris. The college which has given many famous names already acts according to the modern French Lyceum program.
The graduates receive bachelors degree and a right to enter a university without passing examinations. Today in the Armenian college of Paris study 120 pupils of age from 3 to 18.
The college was founded in 1834 in the Italian Padova city by the fund of the Indian millionaire Samuel Mouradian and Raphael Gharamyan.
