Those who enter Lusik Aguletsi’s house feel like in ancient Armenia. Her house is also a museum which can be visited by anyone who want to get acquainted withAguletsi’s collection. She has collected weapons, costumes, decorations, and ancient jars for years. Some of them were brought from her native Agulis and the rest from different corners of Western and Eastern Armenia. Each item has its story. The desire to collect old things started from a belt she came across in Goris.
Learning about Lusik Aguletsi’s love for old things, many people gave her various things. She especially singles out the cross found in tandoor – a present from a Turkish woman. Among the gifts is Aram Khachatryan’s sugar bowl.
