According to the deputy of Republican party Levon Martirosyan Armenia will become more democratic by passing to the parliamentary system.
The project of constitutional reforms according to which the government system in Armenia will be changed to a 100 percent proportional electoral system, will be put to discussion in parliament on September 15.

"There is no country that has a parliamentary government and is not democratic. Instead Presidential and Semi-Presidential countries are not democratic" said Levon Martirosyan during an interview.
