The Parliamentary Hearings of the constitutional reforms have been launched. More than 100 guests from 80 different organizations, public institutions, parties, representatives of the embassies accredited in Yerevan, members of the Chamber of Advocates, and representatives of the judiciary system were invited.
Mainly the members of Specialized Committee on Constitutional Reforms had speeches. They also answered to the questions of party deputies.
The members of the specialized committee created in 2013, confirmed that it is best to pass from semi-presidential form of government toparliamentarian. By that the role of opposition is also enlarged. For the first time there is a thesis according to which one of the 3 deputies of the Speaker of Parliament must be from the opposition.
