To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the National Hero of Armenia Tatul Krpeyan the Prime Minister ordered to form a committee initiating jubilee events.
Deputy mayor Kamo Areyan personally knew the National Hero. He considers Tatul’s biography and mission an example for all the Armenians. “He was an intellectual with a deep sense of responsibility, who died for the happiness and the chance to live for the rest of us” said the deputy mayor.
The eldest of Krpeyan’s 5 borthers Sergey Krpeyan is touched and simultaneously happy that a park after his brother was opened. He urged the Armenians to remember not only Tatul but all the martyr, thanks to who we have a free homeland.
