Two years ago Harutyun Kushkyan who was appointed as the Minister of Health of Artsakh, made large system changes and reforms in the health field with the slogan “An Artsakh man must be cured in Artsakh”, and invested even from his personal funds.
Due to the Kushkyan family Artsakh finally received its angiographic center, which solves the heart problems of the population. The President of Artsakh highly valued the activity of the Minister, and awarded Harutyun Kushkyan with the highest award of Artsakh the “Mesrop Mashtots”medal.
By the way, a group of representatives of educational, scientific and diplomatic fields of Armenia were also awarded the Artsakh highest award.
