The Tavush region rich with carpet and decorative-applied art traditions wasn't randomly chosen. Ijevan, Dilijan and Noyemberyan presented unique examples of national art.
According to the organizers of the festival Mariam Minasyan, the carpet art was stressed during the previous two years, but now the festival includes various layers of culture.
The regions also presented their amateur groups, performances, national songs and dances.
