Styopa Safaryan mentioned that despite he is for the parliamentary system of government but is against the presented project.
The deputy of NA Republican party Karine Achemyan during the meeting with journalists expressed conviction that, the whole society waits for the presented project of constitutional reforms.
She added that the system changes are especially necessary and they can be made only by changing the government system. According to her the presented project is quite a serious document on this occasion.
Contradicting the deputy the President of Armenian Institute of International and Security Affairs Styopa Safaryan mentioned that despite he is for the parliamentary system of government but is against the presented project. According to him there are many flaws in the Constitution which the presented project does not correct.
