There is an emergency situation in some of the districts of Alaverdi since the beginning of August. Many inhabitants of Khudyakov, Sayat-Nova, Zoravar Andranik streets go to Alaverdi medical centers to receive medical help and all of them are diagnosed with intestinal infections.
For already 20 days they make different theories about the reasons of Alaverdi intestinal infections from food poisoning to water. No declarations were made from the local government or relevant organizations to calm the population.
Complete domestic water supply network changes ended six months ago in the districts were the intestinal infections are registered. The authorities behind the network exclude the breakout of infection.
