The US Secretary of State John Kerry will visit Cuba for the first time. He will participate in the solemn ceremony of raising the flag on the US embassy which is reopened in Havana.
The American delegation will include 20 people, diplomats, representatives of White House staff, members of Congress.
According to information, Kerry will also negotiate will the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba Bruno Rodriguez. There is no meeting intended with Raul Castro.
The warm up of the countries which were in cold relationships for 50 years started in 2014.
