Despite the game is in Russian, the focus in recent years is to develop the Armenian version.
On August 11 during his meeting with journalists the Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan informed that the 2016 world championship of "What? Where? When?" intellectual game will be in Armenia.
"We addressed the International Association of "What? Where? When?" Clubs and recently received the written confirmation of the president of the association Kozlov, that the application of the "Association of Armenian Connoisseurs" to pass the 2016 world championship in Armenia was approved by the board" said Armen Ashotyan.
The Minister also informed that he will be the coordinator of the organization works and the president of the "Association of Armenian Connoisseurs" Tigran Kocharyan will deal with the executive affairs. The latter added that despite the game is in Russian, the focus in recent years is to develop the Armenian version.
