In the previous month during the USA-Turkey negotiations Ankara agreed to provide military bases for the American air forces to strike the positions of "ISIS" terroristic organization.
The Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev expressed his disagreement on the actions of Turkish-American coalition on the Syrian frontline, mentioning that the legitimacy of the air strikes of the coalition against "ISIS" is problematic.
