It’s already the second day of emergency situation on the Georgian coast of the Black Sea. During the previous two days rescue services of Adjara have warned of the possible danger. Red flags, as signs forbidding swimming, have been raised on shores of Batumi, Ureki, and Grigoleti because of the anticipated 3-score storm and powerful waves. Despite those warnings, during two days people swam and the rescuers had to save the lives of more than 100 people. The Consul of Armenia in Batumi ensured that Armenian citizens did not suffer.
