The opening of the 6th summer Pan-Armenian games was launched with an grand, impressive and lasting fireworks. It is spent in the scope of the events dedicated to the centennial of the Armenian Genocide and bears the name "Unity through Sport".
This year 6 350 sportsmen, from 36 countries participate in the 6th Pan-Armenian games. Whilst 16 years ago it was completely different, 1 141 sportsmen from 23 countries. The ending ceremony will take place onAugust 13 in the Theater Square.
