Scientists give an additional second to people, who hurry all the same time but do not manage to do something. Actually those who dream of the 25th hour in a day do not need to hurry. That additional second just corrects the asymmetry of the earth rotation.
The additional second, which eliminates the differences between the atomic and astronomical times, has been added to the global time on June 30, 2012. This decision was adopted by the International Earth Rotation Service.
But scientists are still debating. The part of them comes up against the addition of the extra second, and others think that after 20-30 years that second will turn into a minute and will violate people’s perception of night and day.
