The President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan and the Armenian businessman of Diaspora examined the construction works of the new dam in place.
It is intended to build a large dam in the place where the Kashatagh, Hagar and Aghavni rivers of Artsakh merge. The initiative belongs to the Artsakh government.
The doer of the ambitious project is Swiss-Armenian businessman Vardan Sermakesh. The waters will activate one of the largest among the small HPPs of two countries. The dam will also serve to expand the irrigation system in Kashatagh region.
The businessman who invested a few billion dollars in Artsakh, again finances the project in a borderland settlement. The President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan and the Armenian businessman of Diaspora examined the construction works of the new dam in place.
