According to Paruyr Hayrikyan the content of the suggested project does not touch the mechanism of the rights, freedom and the defence of the interests of the “citizen” institution. Karine Achemyan claimed that parliamentary system will make global changes in the lives of citizens and the state.
According to Karine Achemyan there is a long process ahead. The concept of constitutional reforms must still enter the parliament, pass the discussion stage of the political powers. The political powers will have 15 day time to summarize and present their suggestions.
