The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran also warned that if the sanctions are partially or wholly restored, Iran can "review the cooperation with IAEA".
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran Mohammad Javad Zarif presented the text of the agreement which Iran signed with the six world powers on the Iran nuclear project. Zarif was leading the Iran negotiations team in the Vienna negotiations. According to the constitution of Iran the parliament has the right to decline any agreement, even those signed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In his speech Zarif tried to persuade the parliament that he signed a beneficial deal with the six world powers. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran also warned that if the sanctions are partially or wholly restored, Iran can "review the cooperation with IAEA".
