The Constitutional reform commission published the preliminary version of the 1-7 chapters of the New Constitution project. The discussions continue on various public levels. The members of the committee gathered a press conference on July 17 to once again present details on the project. They admit that some points of the reforms are in need of restructuring.
According to the constitutional reforms project the president will be elected for 7 years and only once, the parliament will be elected for 5 years. The parliament will be fully formulated via proportional electoral system.
