In honor of the mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan the Marseille Brass Orchestra performed the national anthem of RA.
The mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan personally congratulated the mayor of Marseille Jean-Claude Gaudin on the occasion of the French National Day, the conquer of Bastille. The delegation led by the mayor is in Marseille on the occasion of the holiday.
The two mayors stressed the efficient cooperation developed between Yerevan and Marseille and reinstated the bilateral willingness to strengthen it.
The mayor of Yerevan along with the deputy mayor of Marseille visited the monument commemorating the victims of the Armenian Genocidewhich is in the Armenian Beaumont district and paid tribute to the memory of the victims.
