Thousands of drinking water fountains, pools and fountains are among the symbols of Yerevan. They appeared on the plan of the Soviet capital at the beginning of the previous century by ‘godfather’ Alexander Tamanyan. The tradition of enjoying urban oases has been preserved till the present day - water and a Yerevan citizen are inseparable forever.
Vardavar made us recall the romance of the water and the city. Testing the abilities of out camera, we ambushed and photographed their secret meetings. In the photos we tried to look at Yerevan through fountains, pools and generally water, or through the loving eyes of water.
