This year the world famous Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 will take place on November 21 in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. The Public TV Company of Armenia has officially confirmed its participation in the contest. This year AMPTV will choose the artist and the entry song internaly. The name of the artist will be revealed on 1st of July.
The official slogan of the Junior Eurovision 2015 is ''#Discover''. This year's Executive Producer, Joana Levieva Sawyer, explained some elements of the show. "Young people discover the world and their dreams every day, and with our show we want to create a new world for them that they can discover. We have also invited Vincenzo, together with Krisia, Hasan, and Ibrahim to be part of our show this year. We are welcoming the children of Europe to Bulgaria - and in return we'll give them an experience they'll never forget" said Joana.
The contest will be held in the Armeec Arena, which was built in 2001 and has a capacity of up to 8.000 people. World famous artists like Lady Gaga, Sade and Tom Jones have perforemed in this arena.
In 2014 Vincenzo Cantiello from Italy won the contest, Krisia, Hasan, and Ibrahim from Bulgaria came second and Betty from Armenia finished third.
