According to the model based on the best international experience, child care will be given to this or that family on the basis of a specificanalysis. A computer program will be developed to reduce corruption risks. The program will include data about children to be adopted, parents who want to adopt them including their preferences about the child. Taking into consideration the above mentioned data, the program will make the choice.
