The Sevan could become very attractive for tourism. It had all the features. But as time passed the coastal area of the lake turned into a completely illogical place for business where beside ultimate luxury there are ultimate poor conditions with unjustified prices and services.
From this point of view the public beaches were some kind of salvation for all those people who are not ready to pay immensely large amount of money for the holidays.
