The 2015 summer recruitment was launched in Gegharkunik. Twenty seven recruits were sent to army from the Gavar military enlistment office in the first stage of recruitment. Before the departure the recruits passed additional medical examination in the military enlistment offices.
Also the celebration event took place in which participated officials, veterans of Artsakh war, the parents and relatives of the recruits.
During the event the recruits placed flowers before the monuments immortalizing the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide andGreat Patriotic War.
A blessing ceremony took place in the Gavar St. Astvatsatsin church on the occasion of recruitment.
Also the students of cultural institutions of Gavar cheered the recruits with patriotic songs.
