The regulation of the irrigation problem in Mayisyan village of Armavir region aroused great activity.
The 2013 flood destroyed one of the deep wells of Mayisyan. The gardening company in the area of the well was partially abandoned because of the lack of the irrigation water. The construction of the new deep well solved the problem of the villagers which lasted for 2 years. The lands used as gardens for years now can be used to grow other crops.
More than 11 million drams were given from the state budget to equip the well with new pumps, to provide with electricity and to build pipeline. This is the 35th deep well built in Armavir with the help of state funds. The other 34 are in other 17 villages of the region.
