To preserve the ecosystem of Sevan lake and restore the trout resources a large amount of trout little fish was released into the lake. It was produced by the maternal structure in the scope of the test project. A little fish factory is being built in Karchaghbyur at the moment which is intended to be finished before the end of the year.
It will become the main provider of two subspecies of trout for the lake. Each year a few hundred thousand little fish are intended to be released into the lake.
