With that step Moscow answered the EU Council which on Monday approved the offer of extending the sanctions against Russia till January 31, 2016.
Russia responded with sanctions mainly against food export. Whilst the specter of influence of European sanctions is a bit larger.
Among the first to suffer from that are the Russian banks, then also the export of many types of products.
