The second day of the four-day session was tense far before the voting. The opposition demanded to release the detainees from the Baghramyan Avenue. As a sign of protest, ANC left the session hall. However, Nikol Pashinyan stayed in the hall, expressing his protest by not participating in the voting.
Afterwards, the President of the National Assembly set a voting on the bills discussed the day before. The votes approved of the loan agreements for the improvement of the power grid and the development of the infrastructures.
