On June 17 it is the birthday of the "Iron King" of the international chess, Tigran Petrosyan.
The President of the Republic, the president of Armenia's Chess Federation Serzh Sargsyan visited the chess house after Tigran Petrosyan and participated in the events dedicated to the 86th birthday of the 9th chess world champion.
The President paid tribute to the memory of the Armenian famous chess player, laid flowers before Tigran Petrosyan's bust. The President also awarded young chess players who had some achievemnts.
