The President of Artsakh greatly values the work Movses Hakobyan did in forming the Army
According to the order of the president of NKR Bako Sahakyan Lieutenant-General Levon Mnatsakanyan was appointed the commander of the Artsakh Defence Army.
He replaced Movses Hakobyan who was appointed Deputy Chief of RA Armed Forces General Staff.
The President of Artsakh greatly values the work Movses Hakobyan did in forming the Army. Bako Sahakyan mentioned that he will continue to use his military abilities and rich experience to strengthen the Armenian Army.
