To stimulate the restoration of endemic trout Gegharkunik trout and Summer bakhtak a fish hatchery is being built near the river Karchaghbyur.
To stimulate the restoration of endemic trout Gegharkunik trout and Summer bakhtak a fish hatchery is being built near the river Karchaghbyur.
There young trout species will be bred and released into the lake. The construction of the hatchery will be finished before the end of the year. It is intended to build three such hatcheries with the support of the Government.
