This year for the 16th time the "Yerevan Perspectives" international music festival hosted many famous musicians in Yerevan. The exclusive recitals of Evgeny Kissin, Maria Guleghina "Kronos" quartet and Dmitri Hvorostovsky were organized in the first semester of the year.
One of the important events of the year was the opening of "Byurakan" arts academy. And the "With you, Armenia" concert performances from the different stages of the world once again reminded the world about the centennial of the Armenian Genocide.
