There will be a referendum in Great Britain to leave the European Union. The British parliament approved the bill by second reading with 544 votes for. Only 53 deputies voted against, mainly Scottish nationalists.
Earlier both David Cameron and queen Elizabeth II told about the intention to pass the referendum in 2017. Great Britain considers that in recent years EU changed its character depriving member states of democratic credentials.
