The celebration was initiated by the "Anchor" public organization for the disabled.
The Flower day was celebrated in Sisian with different flower compositions, handmade works, traditional songs and dances, games, the withdrawal of lots ceremony and prizes.
There were mainly people with disabilities in the pavilions representing 5 regions of the republic and Artsakh. The celebration was initiated by the "Anchor" public organization for the disabled.
