Stepanakert state medical center met its philanthropist with joy. Famous businessman Samvel Karapetyan while in Artsakh decided to visit the hospital built with the help of his funds and see the startup process.
The philanthropist toured the facility departments, talked to the medical staff, and also visited the new angiographic center where already 200 patients have passed surgeries.
President Bako Sahakyan together with Samvel Karapetyan and a group of other philanthropists from Russia visited the production centers in the former territory of Karabakh Silk Factory and examined their work.
