Hundreds of children started the painting contest with chalks in their hands. They applied what they had learned at school or kindergarten on the asphalt in the Freedom Square. Many images were hard to understand: children’s doodle was unexplainable perhaps for us, but for them it was clear and meaningful.

Sevak, “Wherever we go we are always together – at home, in the yard, in the kindergarten. And now we are drawing together, too. But my brother disturbs me.”
