The reason of restrictions is the large amount of passwords and communication devices discovered on entrants during previous years.
According to the resolution of the executive new restrictions have been made in the entrance exams procedure.
If until the previous year cell phones or other devices of communication were found the entrants were just warned and allowed to continue the exam, but this year there will be no warnings or forgiveness.
