Festivities dedicated to the 97th anniversary of the First Republic of Armenia took place on May 28 in the towns of Gavar, Chambarak and Vardenis of Gegharkunik region.
The project was initiated with the help of joint forces of 2nd Army Corpse and Gegharkunik regional government. The units presented 11 study sets in the central square of Gavar, showing types of modern arms of Armenian army.
