Discussions on the 2014 state budget continue in the standing committees of NA. Government representatives and parliamentarians discussed the country’s foreign policy plans and their financial allocations.
Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan presented the report on the 2014 expenses of the Human Rights Defender’s Office. Last year Human Rights Defender spent 20 million drams including salary, business trips, transportation and other expenses. Human Rights Defender’s staff spent 51 million drams in 2014.
