The Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan referred to the achievements and failures of educational system during a press conference. According to him the aim of all the projects is one, to create a modern educational system while preserving the good traditions.
The minister first of all referred to the 12-year compulsory education law stressing that it is intended to raise both secondary and specialized education.
