The Artsakh delegation with President Bako Sahakyan in the lead were in France from May 18 to 20. The visit was another step to strengthen the friendship of two peoples. The best proof of efficient cooperation was the signing of three documents.
According to them France will develop friendly relationships between Drome department and Artsakh. The agreements presume cooperation in the fields of education, culture, sport, trade and local self-governing.
