President Sargsyan who is on an official visit in Latvia had a speech at the EU Eastern Partnership summit.
"Since the launch of the Eastern Partnership Armenia has viewed it as format of strengthening the cooperation with EU, encouraging contact between our societies and targeted cooperation between different spheres" said Serzh Sargsyan.
According to him the cooperation with EU gave new power to the Armenian modernization efforts on the basis of democracy, human rights and rule of law principles. It stimulated our schedule of extensive reforms and significantly contributed to the strengthening of civil society.
