The President of Artsakh, the Prime Minister, members of the government, the leader of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan were at the opening of the session with the 33 newly elected deputies.
The speaker and the deputy speaker, also the heads of the standing committees were elected during the session.
