The official closing ceremony of the 4th Bologna Policy Forum and the 9th Ministerial Summit of the European Higher Education Area took place at Sports and Concert Complex. Prior to this, the declaration of the 4th Bologna Policy Forum was adopted. The Bologna secretariat has passed from Armenia to the next hospitable country - France. Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan made a speech during the closing ceremony.
Afterwards the final press conference of Ministers of Education from Bologna process member countries took place at Sports and Concert Complex.
