The commander of the Defence Army has sent a clear message to the adventurers during his meeting with the journalists
It is the 21st anniversary of armistice in NKR region. The leaders of the Armenian, Artsakh and Azerbaijan parliaments with the mediation of Russia, Kyrgyzstan and CIS Interparliamentary Conference signed a protocol on May 5, 1994 in Bishkek according to which an agreement of ceasefire was achieved. It went into force on May 12.
