The heirs of the US President Wilson and Ambassador Morgenthau were among those who received awards.
The biggest hall of Washington was unable to contain everyone who wished to be present at the awarding ceremony on May 10. As a sign of gratitude the American-Armenians gave awards to all persons or their heirs and all the institutions who during the years of the Armenian Genocide and afterwards have aided the Armenian people.
The head of Ronald Raegan Presidential Foundation was awarded for Raegan clearly recognizing the historical fact of the Armenian Genocide.
The heirs of the US President Wilson and Ambassador Morgenthau were among those who received awards. In the end the organizers expressed their gratitude to all those countries who recognize the Armenian Genocide.
