Officials from Armenia and Artsakh laid flowers at the Tank-Monument in Shushi paying tribute to victims. Afterwards they laid flowers at the monuments of Commander Vazgen Sargsyan and Nelson Stepanyan. In the scope of the events of the triple holiday the official ceremony of lighting the torch of the 6th Pan Armenian Games.
