In order to stay longer than the mentioned period they can apply to passport and visa department to get a resident status.
If the given person is a citizen of a state without visa regime, has entered Armenia, has been living here longer than 180 days, and has not obtained a residence status yet, then he/she is subject to administrative penalty in the amount of 50 000-100 000 drams.
The law does not extend to dual citizenship.
