The doors of the polling stations of Artsakh closed at 20:00 o'clock on May 3. The elections were for 33 NA mandates. Twenty two of them will be elected through proportional electoral system, the other eleven through majoritarian.
The understanding of civil duty is high in Artsakh evidenced by the high percentage of participation in elections and international observers. They watched carefully every detail. A large variety of observer mission was noticed, more than a hundred international observers had arrived from The USA, Europe, Russia, Armenia, Mexico and even Zimbabwe.
